When choosing a bed and breakfast, recommendations are extremely helpful. If you have to select without them, check the Internet – many bed and breakfasts have web sites that will give you a pretty accurate picture of what to expect. One word of warning – be sure to find out if the room you’re reserving has a private bathroom or if you must share with other guests. It’s also helpful to find out their breakfast hours and if they make exceptions, in case you want to sleep in or leave earlier than their regular hours.
